Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tallinn, Estonia.

Within Europe, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier used. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can occasionally occur outside of our control (customs, weather, carrier delays).

Free EU shipping applies to qualifying orders under our actual shipping policy. The applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment. Delivery within Europe usually takes 3–6 business days.

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is an additional commercial benefit. It does not replace or limit the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal or the 2-year statutory warranty. Contact heatedpetbowls@gmail.com for assistance.

If you are a consumer ordering from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, simply email us at heatedpetbowls@gmail.com stating that you wish to cancel your order.

The item should be returned unused, in its original packaging where possible, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

All our products come with the EU statutory 2-year warranty against faulty or defective goods. If your bowl develops a fault within this period, contact us at heatedpetbowls@gmail.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
