Welcome to HeatedPetBowls.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We sell heated pet bowls designed for outdoor winter use.
Product specifications, descriptions, and images are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur.
All products must be used according to the provided instructions.
The user is responsible for proper installation and safe operation.
3. Safety & Usage Disclaimer
Our products are CE certified and tested for safety. However:
- The product must not be submerged in water.
- Electrical components must be handled properly.
- The cord should not be exposed to intentional damage.
- The bowl must be used in accordance with the user manual.
HeatedPetBowls™ is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow safety instructions.
4. Pricing & VAT
All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
For EU customers:
VAT is included in the displayed price.
For non-EU customers:
Import duties or local taxes may apply depending on destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
5. Shipping
Free EU shipping applies to qualifying orders under our actual shipping policy. The applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment. Delivery within Europe usually takes 3–6 business days.
Nordic & EU countries: Typically 3–6 business days.
International orders: Delivery times may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is an additional commercial benefit. It does not replace or limit the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal or the 2-year statutory warranty. Contact heatedpetbowls@gmail.com for assistance.
7. Warranty
We provide a 2-year statutory warranty for EU customers covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse
- Damage caused by improper installation
8. Payment
We accept secure payments via Shopify-supported providers.
All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.
We do not store credit card details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeatedPetBowls™ shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profit
- Damages resulting from misuse of the product
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia.
For EU customers, mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
